After having spent over 15 years coaching hundreds of women (and men), becoming a Yoga Master Trainer, Yoga Teacher Trainer and Pilates Instructor, I am so passionate about sharing my knowledge and love for what the human body can do. We are all unique and that needs to be honoured in the way we move our bodies too, which is why each session is individually tailored to suit YOU and YOUR body.

  • 1-2-1 Yoga Classes
  • 1-2-1 Pilates Classes

Or maybe a mixture of both! You decide!
