When will I be charged for the Weekly Pilates/Pilates Library subscription?

You will be charged for these subscriptions by direct debit every month from the date of purchase. If you wish to cancel or manage your subscription then you can do so via the members area.


How do I manage my Weekly Pilates/Pilates Library subscription?

To manage or cancel your Weekly Pilates/Pilates Library subscriptions, head on over to the members dashboard and you can cancel your subscription in the profile area.


Once I cancel my Weekly Pilates/Pilates Library subscription, how long can I continue accessing the classes for?

You'll have access to the classes in the members area until the end of that payment cycle.


What fitness level/experience do I need to take part in the Pilates Subscriptions or the 28 Day Glow Fit Program?

The online Weekly Pilates, Pilates Library subscriptions and the 28 Day Glow Fit Program are suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner there are levels, options and variations to suit you. Remember you are acknowledging that by taking part in these programs/classes you are taking sole responsibility so please make sure you are fit, well and healthy. Seek a medical professional's advice if you are unsure.

To reset your password, head to the 'log in' area and click on the 'reset my password' link.


How can I purchase a product?

Please click on the ‘health’ or 'fitness' link and choose from the drop down menu either ‘programs’ or ‘products’. Clicking on either of these will take you a page explaining about the programs and products available for purchase. From here you can add any of the programmes/products to your cart.


Who are the programs suitable for?

Her Unique Glow’s programs are suitable for almost everyone wanting to work on achieving an overall improved life experience. The programs created by Her Unique Glow are designed for women (and men) aged 18 and older who want to work on their health, fitness and wellness - both mentally & physically. They are not individually tailored and therefore are only meant to be used as a guideline.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major Debit and Credit cards. Apple Pay is also available.


What language are the programs, products and content available in?

All the programs, products and content are currently only available in English.


How do I access my online program once I've purchased it?

You have to log into your members area using your email and password and your program should be displayed on your dashboard.


Will I receive a hard copy of the program?

No. All programs will be browser based, accessible to you via an internet connection and your own secure member’s area. You will have access to print certain documents provided within the program yourself and keep for future reference, when prompted.


Are the online programs/coaching sessions based on traditional therapy?

No. The programs created by Her Unique Glow and coaching sessions are action plan based, using health coaching techniques - they are based on holistic and integrative healing.


Can I share the programs with my friends and family?

No. Sharing the programs with anyone other than yourself is prohibited. Please view the terms and conditions for more info.


Are the programs guaranteed to work?

Before committing to and working through our programs it’s important to understand that there are no guaranteed results as there are many external factors that may contribute to your results. Everyone is different in the ways that we take on information and learn, therefore they may not work for everyone and no results are guaranteed.


Can I purchase 1:1 health/fitness coaching with Zenny?

How are health-coaching/intuitive eating sessions run?

The sessions can be run face to face depending on your location, by skype, telephone or email. It’s entirely up to you and what you find convenient and comfortable, after all coaching is meant to be making your life easier. Each coaching session is 50 minutes long and you can expect to leave each coaching session with clear steps, activities and tasks to help you progress towards your health and wellness goals. There are many different coaching options available to you so visit the 'coaching' page to decide which option works best for you.


How long should I expect to wait before getting an email response when on a health coaching/intuitive eating program?

Every coaching option (apart from the personalised meal plan) offers unlimited email support throughout your coaching. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.


How long should I wait for my personalised meal plan?

Due to the nature of creating a personalised meal plan that's uniquely yours, please allow up to 5 working days.
