I am so excited that I can share my 21 day positivity project with you! It’s been exactly a year of hard work, development and progress and can’t believe the time is finally here to put it out to the world.
Since starting HUG back in August last year, I knew I wanted to share. I wanted to share my love, my passion and my tips for living a truly fulfilled and nourished life. I’ve always had a vulnerability to me that has always encouraged me to share; to open myself up to everyone and anyone. I don’t always know why I do, or what my purpose is for that, but I finally found purpose through HUG. I knew that what would serve me best is creating an online platform from which I can continually share and open my heart to as many people as I can. Right from the beginning I knew I wanted to do more than just share my thoughts. I wanted to create a series of programs to help teach and encourage others to live more nourished lives. I wanted to get deeper than just my thoughts in articles – I wanted to create and put together tools, knowledge and activities that can help everyone and anyone achieve their improved life experience that they are looking for.
When I say the word ‘nourished’ I think most of us are initially drawn to thoughts of food and nourishing our bodies with good, healthy, filling and yummy foods – right? Well there is so much more to being ‘nourished’ than just the foods we eat.
Living a nourished life means nourishing every aspect of our life – not just our bodies with the food we eat. It’s about exercising right, finding a fulfilling career, feeling financially stable, experiencing loving relationships, educating ourselves and learning so that we are always growing. There are so many more areas that lead to living totally nourished lives, but you get the picture.

I’ve always believed that nourished living is taking care of every part of our lives and I’ve always looked after my self-care. Within today’s world though, we all go through so much crap and feel so much that it’s not always easy to nourish the joy in our lives. Trust me, I know! It’s just so hard! Sometimes life can just be hard.
I spent most of my teenage/university years feeling like a total Debbie Downer – I questioned everything, I always put myself down, body shamed myself every single day and always looked at the negative instead of the positive. This was my daily life – until one day I decided enough was enough. I wanted to make that change. I didn’t want to feel crap anymore and I wanted to take back control of my life and how I viewed it. Finally, I took those steps to nourish my ‘joy’ – something that I had neglected for years.
Joy is such a vital part to living a fulfilled life – it’s part of a circle that creates nourished living. I knew from experience how easy it is to neglect and forget about nourishing that part of our lives so why not start there? Why not create a program dedicated to feeling more positive in your daily life?
We all want to feel more positive and look at our lives in a more positive light – it’s just sometimes we need that helping hand to get us there.
This is where my 21 day positivity project comes in.
This project includes all the tools, tips and techniques that I used to get myself into that more positive space. It’s not always easy and It’s not a quick fix. It takes work, dedication and persistence to get you to a space where you can start to nourish your joy again. Sometimes all you need is a little nudge or reminder along your journey and this program is perfect for that too.
We are all happy people.
We all have bad days.
That doesn’t mean that we are unhappy people.
I will always share, I will always be vulnerable and I will always open my heart. I feel like this program is a little piece of me and I’m so thrilled that it can be part of so many beautiful journeys out there.
Always ask yourself if you’re nourishing every part of your life – what means the most to you and what are you neglecting? Be honest with yourself. When you are ready, listen to your intuition and make that change. Don’t let fear keep you in a place that you feel ‘comfortable’.
Then take it from there – you’ve got this.
