WHAT IS MINDFULNESS COACHING?
Stress and overwhelm are even more prevalent in our lives than ever before. Not only does this negatively impact our mental and emotional health with increased anxiety and depression, but it also affects our sleep, hormonal health and our bodies physiology too!
Mindfulness is about self-compassion and increased self-understanding and awareness. It's about letting go of judgement, allowing our parasympathetic nervous system (the rest and digest state) to kick in and to soften the negative effects those pesky stress hormones (adrenaline and cortisol) have on our bodies.
It's about giving yourself time to settle, to escape the pressures of daily life and allow your body and mind that pocket of time to relax, reset and reconnect.
