About the program

As a personal trainer, holistic nutritionist and integrative health coach, I have put together a comprehensive guide to take your health and fitness to the next level. In this program, you'll find 28 scheduled workouts, workout & exercise videos to help you get the most out of your sessions as well as an in depth nutrition guide with over 60 easy and delicious recipes for you to enjoy!

As a mum, I know how precious time can be, so these workouts only last between 30 and 60 minutes and can be done from the comfort of your own home. I’ve used a combination of HIIT training, conditioning exercises and Pilates to help sculpt a toned and sexy body so that you can get your glow on!
