I AM SO PASSIONATE ABOUT PILATES.

After over 10 years of teaching behind me, I can honestly say that Pilates is by far one of my most preferred methods of moving my body. Not only was it designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone muscles but it also improves posture, balance, flexibility and mobility along the way. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, improve your fitness, flexibility or core and muscle strength, Pilates is for you.

Wherever you are in your life journey, Pilates will always help improve your quality of life. My mission with Pilates is to make it as inclusive as possible and I approach every single one of my classes with the same goal in mind – to encourage all of my students to tune into their bodies and work in a way that suits them. I want you to work and move in a way that enhances your unique body!

Pilates is an incredible form of strength training but it’s also a powerful method of mindfulness, meditation and relaxation. My classes not only ask you to tune into your body and work to a level that suits you, but to turn inwards, escape the noise of the everyday hustle and bustle and to take a moment to focus on you.

About the program

Over the course of 6 weeks, I’ll guide you through six 45-minute full body Pilates classes that will introduce you to all the Pilates principles and techniques to help you begin your Pilates journey with love and care so that you can build on your confidence and technique.

You'll also be introduced to many of the well-known exercises that Pilates is known for from The Hundreds to Swimming to Side Kick and everything in between! These classes will cover the basic and beginner levels (with a few intermediate options thrown in for good measure!) with lots of modifications and layers included to make these classes effective and efficient as possible whilst focusing on your unique self and how your body likes to move.
