These Chocolate Salted Caramel Bliss Balls are divine! I literally got through an entire batch in just a few days and are the perfect snack for on the go. I even love adding them to fruit & yogurt and even my morning oats.

*If you don't want to use protein powder then you can substitute it for an additional 25g ground almonds.

Chocolate Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

ingredients:

  • 70g Dates
  • 50g Oats
  • 30g Vanilla Protein
  • 25g Ground Almonds
  • 15g Cacao
  • 2-4tbsp Water
  • 1/4tsp Salt
Choc Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

method:

  1. Soak the dates in hot water to soften for 10 minutes and then drain thoroughly.
  2. Blend all the dry ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Add in the water 1tbsp at a time until the mixture binds together.
  4. Divide the mixture into 12 and roll into balls. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days in an air-tight container.
