Who doesn't love a quick and easy meal to throw together that's full of flavour, nutrient dense and leaves you feeling full and satisfied?!
That's exactly what these little tuna patties are. They're not only a meal in their own right (full of healthy fats, fibre and protein) making them ideal for packing in lunch boxes, taking to work or enjoying for your dinner at the end of the day - but they're also a fantastic addition to your toddler's food repertoire if you're weaning them. They provide a great introduction into new flavours and spices (cumin & smoked paprika) while being easy to pick up, hold and eat (even if their teeth aren't quite there yet!).
I personally love just how easy these are to throw together - there are no fancy ingredients and can be made in just 25-30 minutes! - and how convenient they are too as you can batch make them, freeze and enjoy them later on in the week - amazing!
These are dairy free & egg free and can be made gluten-free (just simply switch the plain flour for buckwheat flour or a gluten-free flour alternative).
