The flaxseed provides healthy fats and you can't go wrong with baby spinach! Such an easy way to get added greens into your little ones food without much flavour. The vitamin C in the lemon juice will also help the absorption of iron from the spinach, adding flavour at the same time! Most importantly, they're also full of flavour.
