This is a challenging class that will get your entire core and upper body fired up! Perfect if you've been doing Pilates for a while and fancy a little challenge. Don't worry if you're a beginner though as I've put in plenty of options and variations so that there is a level to suit everyone no matter where you are in your Pilates journey.

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • 2 Yoga-inspired Plank sequences working core and shoulder stability
  • Elevated box position work
  • A supine abdominal workout that will challenge your entire core
  • Some yummy bridges to help open those hip flexors
