This 60 minute class is all about working that lower body! If you're looking for a Pilates class to tone your hips, glutes, inner/outer thighs and strengthen your core and posterior chain at the same time, then look no further! This class has it all for you! You'll be left feeling stronger and more toned - plus your core will get a good workout too!

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Lower back strengthening & mobility drills
  • Box position work to tone the posterior chain, strengthen the lower back and tone the glutes & legs too!
  • Side lying work to tone the obliques, work the inner/outer thighs, hips and glutes
  • An abdominal sequence that once again focuses on lower body mobility, toning inner/outer thighs as well as trimming down the waist!
