THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing squat series to improve strength in the lower body
  • Box position upper body work
  • Prone lower back work to improve strength & posture
  • Side kicks
  • A table top series designed to improve pelvic stability
  • Spinal movements to help improve mobility

*OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Pilates mini ball
