I am so thrilled to be sharing this class with you and celebrate 100 ONLINE PILATES CLASSES. It has been so exciting to share these with you and this week is no exception! This full body Pilates class will guide you through a series of Pilates sequences that will strengthen, tone and improve muscular endurance of your entire body! Ready to fire up every inch of your core, upper body, lower body and posterior chain? Let's get started beautiful! (Suitable for all levels)


THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing lower body sequence that will tone your legs and glutes whilst improving strength and endurance. This sequence will also work your deep abdominal muscles, improving balance and core strength
  • An upper body sequence using your body weight as resistance - this will really fire up your entire posterior chain as well as strengthen your arms, shoulders and upper back
  • Want to improve your posture? This class will take you through a couple of sequences that focus on improving upper body strength, lower back strength and enhancing shoulder stability
  • A side-lying series focusing on core engagement & control
  • A supine series that will fire up your entire core, strengthen your abdominals and improve muscular endurance of your core
  • Ready to work your obliques? Get ready for lots of twisting movements and enjoy!
