This Pilates class has a beautiful balance of traditional Pilates exercises mixed with some fun variations to challenge the core, improve muscular strength and endurance, as well as tone the smaller muscular groups to enhance balance within the body. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing lower body sequence focusing on toning the inner & outer thighs as well as firing up the glutes!
  • Weightless arm exercises using gravity as resistance
  • Prone Swimming to strengthen the lumbar spine
  • Side-lying inner thigh strengthening work
  • A supine abdominal strengthening focused sequence to challenge the core and improve stability
