This 60 minute Pilates class is all about strengthening the body. From toning the glutes and lower body to working the core and upper body, your entire body will be left feeling stronger and fitter. Not only does this class focus on building muscular strength and endurance, but it also focuses on stability and balance of the body as well - a perfect all-rounder! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing weightless arm series (using resistance as gravity) to improve posture, shoulder stability and strengthen the entire upper body
  • A Pilates-barre inspired sequence to tone and strengthen the lower body as well as improve balance
  • A prone lower body sequence to tone and strengthen the glutes - a real butt burner!
  • Kneeling side-work to target the obliques & strengthen the core
    An abdominal strengthening sequence working on improving hip mobility, pelvic stability and core engagement
  • Bridge variations that challenge stability, core strength and improve glute and lower back strength
