  • A lower body standing sequence to improve strength and muscular endurance
  • A spicy core sequence focused on strength as well as flexibility
  • Saw - a great way to improve posterior chain flexibility, spinal mobility and oblique strength
  • Lower back exercises to improve pelvic stability, lower back strength and tone the glutes
  • An abdominal mat-work sequence focussed on core engagement and stability
