It's time to improve hip mobility and lower body strength! This Pilates class focuses on toning the inner/outer thighs, hips and glutes by mobilising the hips and improving range of movement within the lower body. Not only will your lower body fire up, but so will your core, through specific abdominal sequences to improve balance, strength and stability as well as improve posture. (Suitable for all levels).

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing lower body sequence to tone your thighs, hips and glutes as well as challenge and improve balance
  • A core sequence strengthening the abdominals, improving posture, lower back mobility and upper body strength
  • A four-point kneeling sequence to tone the lower body, hips, and glutes as well as improve core and upper body strength and endurance
  • A side-lying sequence improving hip mobility and strength and tone the inner/outer thighs and glutes
  • A Bridge series focussed on unilateral work to improve balance and stability
