This 60-minute full body Pilates class will guide you through some classic Pilates favourites with a little added spice thrown in! In these variations, you'll explore different ways of moving your body through sequences designed to challenge stability and improve overall body muscular endurance and core strength. This class focuses on working the sides of your body to challenge balance and core stability through a variety of twisting and elongating movements. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Weightless arm exercises (using gravity as resistance)
  • A standing lower body sequence to improve muscular strength and endurance by toning the legs, inner/outer thighs, hips and glutes as well as tone the waist
  • A prone sequence to improve lower back and core strength as well as tone the obliques, inner and outer thighs
  • Side-lying work to enhance balance and core stability while working the waist
  • A Single Leg Stretch sequence to improve core strength and pelvic stability whilst working the waist
