This full body Pilates class is packed full of goodies to really improve muscular strength and power of the entire body whilst improving posture, leaving you feeling stronger and more energised. Each exercise targets multiple parts of the body with multiple benefits making this class a time-saving workout! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Weightless arm exercises (using gravity as resistance) to tone the upper body & improve posture
  • A standing lower body strengthening sequence that challenges balance, improves muscular endurance and core strength
  • A four-point kneeling position working on improving posture as well as lower body strength
  • A Plank series to challenge balance and improve full body strength
  • A supine core sequence to strengthen and tone the abdominals, obliques and lower body
  • A Bridge sequence that tones the lower body including glutes, inner/outer thighs and lower back strength
