#109 Pilates-Barre Lower Body, Triceps, Core & 'Golden Vine'


This 60 minute full body Pilates class is a core strengthening blast! From standing, to side lying to prone and supine sequences - each will challenge balance, strength and mobility. This class covers ballet-barre inspired exercises, lower body sequences and spinal mobility work to tone and strengthen the entire core - your abdominal powerhouse! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A ballet-barre inspired lower body sequence to strengthen and tone the glutes, inner/outer thighs as well as the waist and core
  • A prone lower back strengthening sequence that focuses on shoulder stabilisation and improving posture
  • Tricep strengthening exercises that improve wrist mobility, posture and upper body strength
  • A core sequence that works on improving balance, strength, flexibility and mobility
  • A side lying and supine sequence to tone the lower body including inner/outer thighs, hips and glutes
  • 'Golden Vine' - the perfect cherry on the cake (if you know... you know!)
