I LOVE using equipment to help challenge the body in different ways and find new ways of exploring familiar exercises. This is what this class offers - but don't worry if you don't have a mini ball...A block, rolled up towel or even football will do. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Wide Leg Squats to challenge lower body strength, endurance and balance
  • Box position work
  • Swan Dive & variations to help improve posture and lower back strength
  • Side lying leg work including inner thigh lifts, leg raises and side kicks
  • Crunches - With the Pilates mini ball thrown in for good measure!
  • A fun bridge sequence
