This full body Pilates class is jam packed full of goodies to strengthen and tone your entire body! Each exercise sequence within this class complements one another and flows to help enhance and support your body whilst building on strength and stability. If you're looking to improve core strength, muscular endurance and overall fitness levels, then this is the class for you! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Squat sequence that will strengthen your lower body, improving muscular tone, core strength and overall fitness levels
  • Swan Dive variations working on improving posture, upper body strength and lower back strength
  • A side lying series to tone and strengthen the lower body, glutes & hips
  • An abdominal mat sequence to strengthen your core and improve stability
  • A Bridge sequence to strengthen your lower back and glutes, tone the thighs and improve core stability & strength
