This 60 minute full body Pilates class is the perfect all-in-one, focussed on balancing out the body through strengthening, toning and elongating the muscles whilst improving mobility at the same time. If you're looking for that '1' class to help you build strength and stamina so that you can feel more energised, then this is the class for you. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing sequence to tone the lower body, improve balance, core strength and work the obliques
  • A standing upper body sequence using weightless arm exercises (using gravity as resistance) to tone the arms and improve posture
  • Prone work to help improve core strength, pelvic stability, lower back strength as well as tone the lower body
  • Roll Backs and lots of fun variations that will build muscular endurance and improve abdominal strength. Lots of options here for you to play with!
  • Supine abdominal work to improve core & pelvic floor strength as well as tone the obliques
