#112 Pilates-Barre, Bridge & Bicycle Variations - Full Body Toner


This 60 minute full body Pilates class has a little bit of everything, and trust me when I say that this one is a goodie! From Pilates-barre inspired sequences (I know you'll love these variations!), to core strengthening work with a 2-for-1 focus (some of my favourites!), to abdominal strengthening sequences, this class has it all! These exercises will help to tone and elongate the muscles, leaving you feeling stronger and fitter. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Pilates-barre inspired warmup incorporating strength training for the upper and lower body as well as focusing on elongating the body
  • A mat sequence combining upper body strengthening and core work to leave you feeling stronger and fitter
  • A prone sequence targeting the posterior chain to strengthen your lower back as well as improve posture
  • Bicycle variations to improve abdominal strength, core engagement and tone the whole body
  • Bridge variations to round everything off beautifully, incorporating oblique work to enhance pelvic stability and lower back strength
