#114 4 Point Kneeling, Hip Mobility, Hundreds & Bridge


Are you ready to feel the burn? This week's full body Pilates class is all about strengthening the lower body, improving hip mobility and enhancing core strength and stability all at the same time! This class will take you through a variety of sequences that challenge stability, improve strength & tone your entire body to leave you feeling stronger and fitter! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing lower body sequence to tone the legs & glutes whilst challenging balance and improving core strength
  • 4 point kneeling work to improve shoulder stabilisation, posture and tone the entire lower body & core
  • A side lying series to improve hip mobility, improve lower body strength & improve core stability
  • The Hundreds - time to fire up those abs!
  • Bridge variations to strengthen the hips, glutes, inner and outer thighs whilst focusing on back mobility
