Are you ready to tone your lower body, strengthen your lower back and glutes and fire up your core? Well this week's full body Pilates class will do just that. (And more!) From standing sequences, to box position and mat work, these exercises focus on lengthening and strengthening the muscles to balance the body, improve stability and leave you feeling stronger.

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Weightless arm exercises to tone the upper body & improve posture
  • A lower body strengthening sequence focusing on lengthening & strengthening the muscles
  • A forearm box sequence to strengthen the core, improve shoulder stability & tone the lower body
  • A kneeling sequence to tone & strengthen the obliques
  • An abdominal mat sequence to strengthen the core & tone the inner thighs
  • Bridges - a great way to strengthen the lower back, and these variations are fab for toning the inner/outer thighs and glutes too!
