This 60 minute class is all about elongating the muscles whilst building strength and muscular stamina. Get ready to fire up your core and work your body through some power house moves that will enhance your Pilates practice and overall fitness levels! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Yoga inspired Pilates flow that will build upper body strength, fire up your core and leave you feeling stronger & more toned
  • Lower back strengthening and stability work whilst toning your inner thighs & glutes
  • An oblique & core strengthening sequence focusing on elongating the side of the body whilst building strength & stability
  • A series of crunches & variations to strengthen your core & improve hip mobility
  • A Bridge variation to fire up your posterior chain, strengthen your hammies, glutes & lower back, whilst improving pelvic stability
