Wowee - this 60 minute Pilates class is packed full of some of my favourite exercises that focus on strengthening and elongating the muscles whilst improving mobility & stability. This class is full of goodies that will keep your body guessing and I can't wait for you to enjoy this one! (Suitable for all levels)
THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:
- A standing lower body sequence of Pilates exercises to tone your lower body and improve strength & stability
- Weightless arm exercises - one of my favourite ways to tone & strengthen the upper body!
- A posture enhancing sequence to strengthen the upper body & improve spine mobility
- Box position work targeting the lower body whilst improving lower back strength & core stability. This sequence is also fab for improving hip mobility!
- A sequence of Pilates moves to strengthen your hips & glutes whilst toning your lower body and waist
- A supine abdominal sequence that will fire up your core whilst elongating your muscles to leave you feeling stronger!
