This 60 minute full body Pilates class is all about core engagement! This class will take you through various sequences that focus on unilateral work to help balance the body and improve muscular stability. Not only will each sequence strengthen your body, but each flow will enhance core strength and improve posture too! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Squat mobility sequence to improve joint mobility, strengthen the lower body and improve core engagement
  • Upper body strengthening, improving shoulder stabilisation and toning the arms and upper back
  • 'Swimming' improving lower back strength, posture, shoulder stability and core engagement
  • Unilateral core & back work improving coordination, balance and core stability whilst strengthening the entire body at the same time!
  • A series of crunches to strengthen the abdominals and open through the front fascial line of the body
