The second half of the class will help build core and full body muscular strength. An all-rounder that will leave you feeling energised and revving for more! (Suitable for all levels)

  • Standing shoulder strengthening exercises
  • A squat sequence to challenge your cardiovascular endurance
  • Push Ups & all the variations - not as scary as you might think!
  • Prone Swimming
  • Side lying lower body work that will challenge your inner & outer thighs, hips and glutes
  • Scissors
  • Bridge & Bridge variations including Frog Bridge
