This full body Pilates class is exactly that: FULL! Full of goodies to improve full body mobility, enhance full body muscular strength and stability as well as improve core engagement and posture. Plus, there's a super spicy abdominal sequence thrown in that will really get your core fired up! Are you ready to feel stronger, leaner and more mobile? Let's do this! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Weightless arm exercises to tone the upper body, improve posture & shoulder stability
  • Standing balance work to help improve core strength, stability and hip mobility
  • Prone mat work to improve spine mobility, upper body strength, posture and lower back strength
  • Abdominal focussed mat work designed to strengthen the entire core, improve stability, control and muscular endurance
  • Side lying work targeting the lower body, hips, glutes, inner and outer thighs
