#122 Total Body Strength & Core Stability


This week's class is all about celebrating just how multi-faceted Pilates can be! Each sequence works multiple parts of the body whilst focusing on different elements and Pilates principles to improve total body strength, core stability & engagement. This is a real goodie and I can't wait for you to enjoy it! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A lower back and core strengthening sequence to improve core engagement and challenge balance
  • A Squat series to improve lower body strength, tone the legs & glutes as well as improve core engagement
  • Upper body strengthening to tone the arms, shoulders and improve core strength
  • 4 Point kneeling work to challenge balance, improve core stability, lower back strength & posture
  • An abdominal sequence to tone and fire up those abs whilst toning the lower body, inner and outer thighs, at the same time
  • Side lying work to strengthen the obliques & tone the inner/outer thighs and glutes
