This 60 minute full body Pilates class is all about strengthening and lengthening the muscles to help tone the body, improve muscular strength & endurance whilst enhancing mobility and flexibility all at the same time! This class is packed full of goodies that will leave you feeling fitter, leaner and stronger. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Weightless arm exercises, using gravity as resistance - sounds like a breeze, but trust me, you'll be feeling it!
  • A standing sequence designed to enhance lower body strength, core stability and improve spine mobility too
  • A core strengthening Yogilates inspired flow targeting the abdominals & posterior chain - this one is all about strengthening and lengthening the muscles
  • Scissors! Amazing for working and toning the abdominals whilst improving pelvic floor strength & lower body strength too
    Side lying work targeting the lower body, inner/outer thighs and glutes
  • A mat sequence designed to work the posterior chain by engaging the core, strengthening the lower back and improving pelvic stability
