#124 Posture Enhancing, Lower Back Strengthening & Core Stability


This week's 60 minute full body Pilates class is all about enhancing muscular strength & body stability. From improving posture, to core strength, to pelvic stability, this class will guide you through a series of exercise sequences to improve full body strength, leaving you feeling stronger, leaner & more toned. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Weightless arm exercises (using gravity as resistance) to help improve upper body strength, shoulder stability & posture
  • A standing balance sequence to tone the lower body, waist & core
  • 'Swimming' to help improve core stability, lower back strength & pelvic stability
  • Abdominal sequences to tone the obliques & strengthen the core whilst improving pelvic stability
  • Clams - who doesn't love these?!
  • A series of Bridge variations to challenge pelvic stability, lower back strength & glute strength
