This 60 minute full body Pilates class is the perfect combination of both strength & elongation - working on improving flexibility & mobility whilst improving strength at the same time. If you're ready to fire up your core (your body's power house!) then this is the one for you. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing leg sequence to strengthen the entire lower body and tone the inner thighs
  • Prone Pull to tone and strengthen the entire body - this one will fire up your core!
  • An abdominal sequence to tone your core & improve spine mobility
  • Double Leg Stretch - another goodie designed to work your core to its fullest. The perfect combination of elongating and strengthening the muscles
  • Bridge variations to improve spine mobility, shoulder & pelvic stability as well as improve balance & coordination
