This 60 minute Pilates class is all about maximising time and efficiency. The exercises within each sequence work multiple parts of the body so that you can benefit to the max and work in the most time-saving efficient way possible. From strengthening your entire core & posterior chain, to improving mobility, stability & lower body strength, you'll feel stronger, leaner and more toned with every move! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Pilates-Barre workout designed to tone and strengthen the lower body whilst improving core strength & stability - hello inner thighs and obliques!
  • Weightless arm exercises
  • A prone mat sequence designed to strengthen the posterior chain, improve glute strength and tone your lower body all at the same time
  • An abdominal sequence to strengthen the core & improve pelvic stability
  • A sequence of Bridges designed to work and strengthen your posterior chain, improve glute activation, lower back strength & stability as well as inner/outer thighs and obliques too!
