Oh boy this class is a goodie, packed full of lots of my favourites! This 60 minute class will fire up your glutes, strengthen your core and tone your entire body in the process. From Pilates-barre inspired sequences, to lower body strengthening, to core work, this class has it all and you will not be disappointed! This class is a progressive one which means that you'll build up heat & endurance throughout ready to work those compound moves that get your whole body working! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Pilates-barre inspired standing sequence to tone the lower body & improve balance
  • A 4 point kneeling series designed to improve strength & muscular endurance of the lower body whilst toning the glutes, inner/outer thighs and hips. This is a progressive sequence that I know you're going to love!
  • A kneeling sequence to tone the obliques, strengthen your core & lower body all at the same time
  • An abdominal sequence to strengthen your lower abs, hip flexors and tone your inner thighs as well
  • Posterior chain strengthening with a focus on pelvic stability & inner thigh/glute engagement
