60 Minute Full Body Workout

#128 Strength, Stability & Flexibility


This full body Pilates class is all about strengthening and lengthening the muscles to help improve overall strength, stability & flexibility too! You'll work both the front & back fascial lines of the body with a focus on elongating the muscles as well as building strength and stamina too. As well as a focus on flexibility & lengthening the muscles of the lower body and posterior chain, you'll also work that core - the abdominals, obliques and back too! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing lower body sequence to tone the legs & glutes as well as fire up the sides of the body
  • Unilateral work focusing on strengthening the upper & lower back as well as improving posture & shoulder stability
  • The 'Saw' - A Pilates classic, but a goodie!
  • Oblique focussed exercises to tone the waist & core
  • Scissors to work unilaterally to strengthen the entire core
  • Bridges to help open through the front fascial line of the body as well as strengthen the posterior chain
