#16 Strength Building - Lower Body, Planks & Core


This class may seem challenging at first, from Planks to Side Planks and everything in between, but don't worry - there are SO many options here and I've made sure I've included as many variations for you to choose from as possible so that you're able to practice Pilates with comfort and ease whilst working on building strength and stamina. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing lower body sequence to strengthen and tone your thighs, glutes and improve your balance
  • Walk Out Planks to improve core, shoulder and pelvic stability (Lots and lots of options here for you to choose from!)
  • Thread The Needle
  • A supine series to strengthen the obliques, improve hip mobility and abdominal strength
