#20 Pilates Fun! Pilates-Barre & Mini Ball Workout


This class is packed full of FUN! From using the Pilates Mini Ball to add another element of challenge to some of Joseph Pilates original exercises to Pilates-barre inspired exercises - this class will leave you feeling revved up and ready for more! Don't worry if you don't have a Pilates Mini Ball. Using this piece of equipment is completely optional. You may choose to leave it to one side and practice without or using a rolled up towel, cushion or even football can work. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH

  • A Pilates-Barre inspired lower body sequence
  • Tricep strengthening exercises to improve upper body strength and mobility
  • A supine abdominal sequence using the Pilates Mini Ball
  • A firm favourite - Clams!

*OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Pilates mini ball
