THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Weightless arm exercises
  • A Wide Leg Squat series that will work on improving your cardiovascular fitness as well as lower body strength and muscular endurance
  • Prone 'V' work to target inner/outer thighs and pelvic stability
  • Side Planks and hip opening work
  • Supine forearm work
  • A supine extended leg sequence & crunches
