This class is designed to improve your balance, shoulder and pelvic stability and strengthen your entire body in the process. Whether you're looking to strengthen and tone your lower body, back, upper body or core, this class has it all! There are so many options available to you and I wanted to make sure that I added in as many variations as possible. So whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, you'll find an option to suit you. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH

  • A standing lower body sequence that will improve lower body strength, glute activation, pelvic stability and balance
  • A Yoga-inspired Plank series that will strengthen your upper body, core and improve pelvic and shoulder stability (lots of options here to choose from whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner)
  • Side Sweep to work your obliques and improve balance
  • A supine series including roll backs to improve oblique strength and spine mobility
