Double Leg Stretch is one of my favourite supine exercises and this class is designed to help you work towards and improve your Double Leg Stretch. Whether you've performed this exercise before or if you're looking to enhance your technique, this class is perfect for helping you to achieve a better practice with this exercise. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Ice-cream Arms - if you know, you know!
  • Wide Leg Squats - A firm favourite in my classes that target the entire lower body as well as challenge balance and pelvic stability
  • Prone Swimming
  • A supine series working towards Double Leg Stretch with lots of juicy Bridges thrown in!
