This class is an all-rounder designed not only to build strength, stamina and muscular endurance of the whole body, but improve core strength and stability and work on improving your cardiovascular fitness. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Chest, shoulder and upper body work using the Pilates Mini Ball
  • A standing to mat sequence that will improve balance, strength and cardiovascular fitness
  • Prone posture building work
  • Side lying work targeting the lower body and obliques
  • A supine series working towards full Roll Backs
  • Scissors
