In this class you'll find a range of exercises targeting the whole body whilst primarily working on strengthening, toning and balancing the lower body. Unilateral work is a fab way of understanding our body's make-up and how we may need to work in order to create balance and harmony. By working in this way and focusing on the lower body, you'll feel more centred, strong and grounded. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A weightless arm sequence to strengthen your upper body
  • A standing and box position sequence to tone, strengthen and balance the lower body through unilateral work
  • Side Kick
  • Variations of Single Leg Stretch
  • A Bridge series that will strengthen your lower back and glutes whilst firing up those hamstrings!
