In this class you'll go through a series of exercises that target the whole body whilst focusing on inner/outer thigh engagement and glute activation. Not only will your entire body feel stronger and leaner but your abdominals and core will be fired up too!

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A series of Squats to elevate your heart rate and strengthen the joints in the lower body
  • Elevated box position work to strengthen and tone your upper body and core
  • Side lying exercises to strengthen your hips, inner/outer thighs and focus on pelvic stability
  • Supine abductor and adductor work, with a focus on pelvic stability and core engagement
  • A Bridge series to once again focus on inner/outer thigh engagement and glute activation
