This class focuses on core activation to find balance and achieve pelvic and shoulder stability to move through the exercises with comfort & ease. You'll work the entire body through raising your heart rate, improving muscular coordination & strength and improve your balance and posture in the process. If you want a fully rounded class to really give your body that TLC it's been looking for then this is the class fo you! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing leg sequence to build strength, muscular endurance in the lower body and core as well as challenge and improve your balance
  • Weightless arm exercises using gravity as resistance
  • Swan Dive to help improve posture
  • Side lying Bicycles to strengthen hips, glutes, inner/outer thighs
  • A supine abdominal sequence designed to strengthen your core and improve core stability through unilateral work
