#31 Full Body: Triceps, Squats & "Easter Egg"


This full body class will take you through some of my favourite powerful movements to help strengthen the entire body including my infamous "Easter Egg" exercise! If you've been to my classes in person or have practiced this in my previous Pilates classes then you'll know what I'm talking about! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH

  • Wide Leg Squats & variations
  • Tricep push ups
  • "Easter Egg" Exercise (if you know...you know!)
  • Side Plank (with many different variations to suit all abilities)
  • Clams
  • A supine sequence including Bicycles & Bridges
