This is a complete all-rounder class full of fun and challenging exercises to improve balance, strength, coordination and posture. As always, I've made sure to include a variety of different options so that each exercise is as achievable as possible regardless of your fitness level, strength or Pilates experience. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Squat sequence to raise your heart rate, boost cardiovascular fitness and strengthen your lower body
  • A Yoga-inspired Plank sequence
  • Reverse TT to strengthen the entire upper body and improve posture
  • Side Sweep (Lots of options here!)
  • Roll Backs
  • Bridges and lots of fun variations to improve lower body strength
