THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Arm Circles to get your upper body fired up
  • A standing lower body sequence to build muscular strength and endurance
  • Box position work focusing on pelvic & shoulder stability as well as lower body & core strength
  • Prone exercises to improve posture
  • Clams - who doesn't love clams?!
  • A supine sequence with lots of options to suit you! A bit like pick n' mix!
